A Traditional Pastel Pretty Spring Wedding

Hannah, a residential area nurse, and Dan, a project manager, chose 28th April 2018 to become married at their local parish church of St Edwards King and Confessor Catholic Church in Clifford Wetherby, North Yorkshire. They followed the nuptials having a reception at Harrogate as well as their beautiful day was captured on video through the oh-so-talented who captured the essence of the wedding and packaged it up into an attractive 8 minutes price of footage.

The gown Hannah has in mind for her big day would be a stunning sleeveless structured dress having a full skirt from a store in Harrogate.

“Dan and I first met through mutual friends in 2011. From the get-go which was it for all of us. We then got engaged in July 2016. We just decided together that people wanted to get married, so rather than a surprise proposal, we chose to buy my Tiffany & Co. diamond engagement ring (one which I’d always imagined!) whilst I was on holiday at Disneyworld Orlando Florida. Dan got recorded on one knee whilst I was at home privately.”

Hannah’s bridesmaids wore another mismatched dress each, with the same burgundy bridesmaid dresses. Their different looks were all beautifully tied together having a rose gold and gold flower hairpin from ASOS and hair vine from Etsy, and gorgeous semi-structured bouquets through the talented Caroline.

“We chose our local parish church to become married as within it is all Yorkshire stone also it’s absolutely beautiful. We chose Rudding Park because the reception venue because it gave us a unique and grand feeling and I loved the big sash windows and also the regency type of it. I already knew the type of dress I wanted and knew it might fit perfectly within this venue and overall theme from the wedding.”

The groom looked classically handsome in a set of black dinner trousers and navy colored tuxedo jacket with an ivory bow tie. The groomsmen followed suit in navy tuxedos with black bow ties as requested by the bride. Here

My favorite part of our day was only agreeing to be seeing every person we like all in one room – we spent all day long either dancing or laughing! At 3.30 pm, I and my bridesmaids were dancing with these flowers in the entrance hallway to the violinist playing Calvin Harris and Rihanna We Found Love.

“This would be a special moment between my close friends and me. Some very special and true emotions and all sorts of very reflective people as friends. I don’t think you will get much better than that! It was just how I wanted it to become.”

“Our wedding favors were a poem which read, ‘chocolate cookies and candies are sweet and normally you get a treat at the seat, but what instead we now have decided, would be to give one which helps others to live. They were favors of the contribution to some charity that was personal to every guest.”

“I don’t think I would do anything differently if I could do everything again, though it’s easy to want many add more to your day. However sometimes, you don’t need more, it’s remembering what your day is about that is getting married and spending your day with the people you like.”

Words Of Wedded Wisdom

“It’s very easy to feel stressed the week before the wedding and prior. I really would advise prior planning and organization, therefore, the run-up is exciting sometimes and not stressful while there is a lot to do in those final months before the special day.”

“Remember to consider 10 minutes to appear around together with your husband at that which you have created. You spend a lot of time planning your day also it’s over in a flash. Remember the reason why you chose to marry and enjoy every minute with your friends and family. Just have fun! Weddings are a celebration.”
